Inclusive Team Workshops

With the option of virtual or in-person delivery, Inclusive Team Workshops are engaging, interactive, and definitely not your average ‘diversity’ training. 

1. What an inclusive team looks like
Understand what inclusion in a team looks and feels like, including the introduction of a new way of looking at diversity to meet the needs of all people so everyone thrives.

2. Our inclusive experience
In a safe way uncover the lived-experience of everyone in the team, as well as discussing how the needs of each team member can be best met by others so everyone has an inclusive experience.

3. Becoming an inclusive team 
Identify the inclusion gaps in the team, collaboratively agree on what most needs to improve, and together prepare an action plan to become an inclusive team.

4. Leveraging our differences for high performance
Take a fresh look at the diverse skills, knowledge, and lived-experience of team members – then map out how the team will better leverage the value of the diversity in the team to increase team performance.

Inclusive Leader Workshops

With the option of virtual or in-person delivery, Inclusive Leader Workshops are engaging, interactive, and a fresh approach to inclusion that your leaders will not have experienced before. 

1. What an inclusive leader is and does
Understand what an inclusive leader is and does, including the introduction of a new way of looking at diversity to meet the needs of all people so everyone thrives.

2. The behaviors of an inclusive leader
Leaders delve into the behaviors of inclusive conscience, inclusive commitment, and inclusive collaboration. Then prepare an individualized inclusive behavior development plan.

3. Active and visible inclusive sponsorship
Recognizing the vital role leaders play in inclusive organizational transformation, participants will develop an action plan to personally support and drive inclusive change.

4. Building and leading a diverse and inclusive team
Applying a new perspective to inclusion participants will be able to seek out and leverage diverse skills, knowledge, and lived-experience of people to build and create a high performing team.
