The Evolving DEI Landscape

As someone leading or contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in your organization, your insights are not only valuable—they are essential.

The DEI landscape is evolving rapidly. Amid shifting expectations, political climates, and organizational priorities, DEI professionals are being asked to do more—with greater scrutiny, fewer resources, or unclear mandates. Yet across sectors, we continue to see innovation, dedication, and meaningful impact driven by people like you.

Note: Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. If you choose to provide your email address to receive a copy of the industry research findings, your survey responses will remain confidential. Your email will not be linked to your individual responses, and all data will be analyzed in aggregate to ensure anonymity.

This research project seeks to capture the lived realities of DEI practitioners and those responsible for internal DEI efforts. By understanding your priorities, methods, challenges, and aspirations, we aim to create a clear, evidence-based picture of the current state and future direction of DEI work.

Your responses will directly contribute to:

  • An academic research paper examining trends, patterns, and insights in strategic DEI practice
  • A widely accessible industry report to support benchmarking, advocacy, and internal business cases
  • Increased media and public understanding of the role, value, and evolving nature of DEI
  • Identification of unmet needs and gaps in the field that could inform future tools, resources, and systemic solutions

By participating, you help shape the collective knowledge of our field and support others navigating similar challenges. All responses are confidential, and the findings will be shared openly with the sector for learning and improvement.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—you are helping to move the work forward.
