The DEI landscape is evolving rapidly. Amid shifting expectations, political climates, and organizational priorities, DEI professionals are being asked to do more—with greater scrutiny, fewer resources, or unclear mandates. Yet across sectors, we continue to see innovation, dedication, and meaningful impact driven by people like you.

If you choose to provide your email address to receive a copy of the industry research findings, your survey responses will remain confidential. Your email will not be linked to your individual responses, and all data will be analyzed in aggregate to ensure anonymity.
